Yum! Will the kiddos make this for their Aunt Libby? Hope so!

Barb, you can find the amazon link to all of the 10 New Favorite Read Aloud Books at the end of the original post. I have found amazon to have reasonable prices and shipping. Happy reading!

I know, I know. It is a big decision to share secret beaches!

I want to see Halloween pictures. :)

Jeannine November 6, 2013 at 7:50 am

Elizabeth, That would mean I have to be organized!

Love that you added your bio to page one by the way and what a great picture!

Thanks Elizabeth!

The family tree project is such a great way to teach kids about their family. Please expand it to include the super awesome aunts. :) I love that Isabella’s is full of color.

I LOVE this! I definitely have the waddlee-ah-chaa attitude! I agree that hands-on spontaneous learning is the best! Usually the kiddos don’t even realize how much they are learning! :) Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier and leaving a comment. A means a lot to this newbie blogger :) I can’t wait to see/hear about your trip to Cambodia this summer. Sounds pretty amazing! xoxo, Angie at handsonhomeschool.blogspot.com

Hi Jeannine,

I really love your site and need to ask your advice on some books.

Can you direct me to some good adventure story books for children 10-14?

I am starting some research for my books and I value your opinion.

Thank you,
Sail Away Girl

Well, we actually know a bit about Nathaniel Bowditch! Sounds like a sailing adventure we need to check out!

I’m all about geography. It will be great for the kids to know where I am as I sail around the world!

Jeannine February 24, 2015 at 1:14 pm

Elizabeth, I think you should just take the children with you as you sail around the world. Now that would be a geography lesson!

The stepping stones are beautiful! And your garden looks awesome!
